O you who believe, do not cancel (the reward) of your charity by mentioning it and hurting (the feelings of the recipient), like someone who gives away his wealth because he shows off his wealth to people, even though he does not believe in Allah and the Last Day. The example of (the person) is like a smooth stone that has dust on it, then heavy rain pours on the stone so that (the stone) remains smooth again. They do not master anything in what they try. Allah does not guide the disbelievers.(QS.Al-Baqarah : 264 )
